Passport Copy

Travel Itinerary

Return Ticket
All the applicant’s must provide their confirmed round-trip (arrival and departure) receipt if travelling by air. It showcases the confirmation of travel arrangements, and the return ticket implies the traveller’s intention to leave Bahrain. The name on the flight ticket receipt must match the traveller’s name on the passport perfectly.
If the traveller is entering Bahrain through land or seaport, they must submit additional documents such as a detailed request letter. The letter should clearly state the mode of transport for arrival and departure with accurate dates and the length of stay in Bahrain with the traveller’s signature.
Financial Proof
Financial proof will show the traveller’s financial ability to support their stay in Bahrain. For financial proof, the traveller must submit certified and stamped bank statements for the past three months under the traveller’s name. The financial requirement for the applicants of Bahrain e-visa is that they must have a bank balance of 1000 USD or 380 dinars (or the equivalent amount).
Accommodation Proof
Accommodation proof ensures that travellers have a place to stay in Bahrain. The applicants must provide a copy of their hotel booking or reservation receipt to apply for a Bahrain e-visa. The copy must have the traveller’s name and the hotel details (such as hotel name, phone number, address and period of stay).
For staying with friends or relatives, an ID proof (passport or national ID) of the host and their residence proof in Bahrain must be submitted. Additionally, a letter from the host expressing their interest in accommodating the traveller, is mandatory. Please note that the dates in the accommodation proof must match the dates provided by travellers in their Bahrain e-visa application form. If not, the e-visa process will be delayed or the application will be denied.
GCC Residence Permit
Travellers submitting their GCC Residence Permit should check if the permit is valid for the next 3 months from the traveller's arrival date. The applicants must upload clear copies of the permit (both front and back). Clear copies of the permit help to verify the travellers GCC residence status and validity, so the permit’s expiry date should be visible in the copy.
Applicants who do not have a valid GCC Residence Permit are mandated to furnish a valid visa from the Schengen Area, UK, KSA, USA, UAE or a USA Green Card for Bahrain e-visa application process.
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
A PCC document is not a mandatory requirement, but it might be required as an additional document. The document helps to check traveller’s absence of a criminal record. Please note that only recent PCC documents will be considered valid and old certificates will not be accepted for the application process.
Health Insurance
Health insurance is not compulsory, but international travellers are advised to get health insurance to cover the medical expenses incurred in a foreign country. A health insurance policy will cover emergency treatment and hospitalization expenses incurred during travel. It is a great financial protection against high medical expenditures.

Bahrain e-visa Documents for Minors
Every eligible individual (including kids) should have their own Bahrain e-visa to enter the country. Parents or legal guardians submitting Bahrain e-visa applications for their kids must submit the following additional documents.
- A valid passport
- Colour photo
- Financial proof
- Birth certificate
- Accommodation proof
- Consent letter (from guardian or parents)
- Scanned copy of the passport
- Round-trip ticket
- Parent passport (if required, as a supporting document)
If a minor is travelling to Bahrain with a guardian, then submission of the Guardianship Agreement is mandatory. All the documents are necessary to ensure the safety of the kid. The documents must be in English only. Adults travelling to Bahrain with kids must ensure the well-being and safety of the kids.
